Cerberus Vae takes place in Meridian Bay and has the following modifiers this week: Exposure disables shield regeneration but, as a trade off, raises the shield’s max. The concept has always seemed counterintuitive but it gives the raid a “survival-mode” feeling which makes for good rounds altogether. Sports Psychology Steve, as he’s known, works with both athletes and military personnel. Recently, he’s been applying his profession to gaming. Steve talks about two concepts that either encourage or heed progression and improvement. There are two different types of mindsets: Fixed Mindset, and Growth Mindset.
