Xur Location and Inventory | 3/4 – 3/7/2022

Greetings, Guardians! Hope you’re doing well. Xur is at the Tower this week. Read on to see what he’s brought along.

This week, for 29 Legendary Shards, Xur carries:

Merciless

Merciless, an Exotic Fusion Rifle, has a bit of a history in this game. Once one of the best weapons you could be using for endgame PvE content, its star has fallen considerably, to the point where it’s now… still pretty good at clearing enemies, but outclassed. Conserve Momentum, Merciless’ Exotic Perk, shines against bosses and yellow mobs, lowering the charge time every time it doesn’t kill its target. Honestly, I still consider Merciless worth the pickup. It’s a fun gun to fire, and is still capable of massacring anything you point it at.

And for 23 Legendary Shards, Xur offers:

Getaway Artist

Getaway Artist is a newer Exotic gauntlet with a pretty neat ability. Dynamic Duo lets you trade your grenade for a follower Arc Turret, or as they’ve always been called around me, Arc Buddy. It seems situational at first glance, but the Arc Buddy is pretty good. Give the Getaway Artist a shot if you haven’t yet.

Sealed Ahamkara Grasps

The Sealed Ahamkara Grasps are a pretty neat Hunter Exotic, oh bearer mine. The Nightmare Fuel perk reloads your weapon when you land Melee damage. Punch things to top you off and stay in the fight; it’s that simple.

One-Eyed Mask

Titans get a fancy hat this week; the terrifying One-Eyed Mask. The Mask gives you the gift of Vengeance, giving you an overshield and damage boost after you kill someone who dared to touch you in combat. The Mask is an excellent pickup, absolutely worth the grab.

Xur also carries an Exotic Engram, providing a random piece of Exotic armor for 97 Legendary Shards, along with the Exotic Quest “The Question.”

The Witch Queen DLC added Legendary weapons and armor to Xur’s weekly drops, at 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer per item. They are:
