The Ishtar Commons on Venus, which you can easily access via the Patrol, will earn you a decent amount of Engrams. This guide by Completionist is not necessarily a quick way to get Engrams, but it’s one of the best due to the amount of enemies and the ease it takes to mow them down.
Note: In this video he gained much more than you will, simply because the amount being dropped has already been hot-fixed, but it’s still a great place to grind for them and gain tons of experience.
The Postmaster in the Tower will mail you any Engrams that you failed to pick up.
