Incoming Shipments
#1 or #3 – SUROS DIS-43
- High-Caliber Rounds, Hidden Hand, Injection Mold
- Perfect Balance\Casket Mag | Triple Tap | Lightweight\Hand-Laid Stock
#1 is pretty sweet. You’ve got High-Caliber Rounds for more stagger on your PvE and PvP targets, while the handling buff to Injection Mold can offset the handling penalty. Plus, you’ve got the ultimate perk for aim assistance in Hidden Hand. Plus, the extra stability from Injection Mold makes this thing even easier to fire. This is definitely a solid roll to try out.
#1 or #2 – Zarinaea-D
- Army of One, Feeding Frenzy, Hand-Loaded
- Crowd Control, Counterbalance, Rifled Barrel
Both of these rolls are solid for their respective uses. Roll #1 will work great in PvE. Army of One and Feeding Frenzy go hand in hand. Burn down enemies to reset your cooldowns while granting faster reloads along the way. Meanwhile, Roll #2 works great in PvP. Counterbalance makes aiming a breeze and Rifled Barrel increases much-needed range. The benefit from Crowd Control may be minimal in PvP, but it’s a worthy tradeoff for Counterbalance.
#1 – Tuonela SR4
- Rescue Mag, Extended Mag, Grenadier
Omolon Scout Rifles are almost always PvE-centered, and this one is no exception. Rescue Mag may save your life in the raid and prevent a wipe on hard mode. Extended Mag and Grenadier are luxuries compared to other more important perks, but they aren’t too bad for maximizing your clip size and reducing your cooldowns.
#2 – Lyudmila-D
- Glass Half Full | Feeding Frenzy | High Caliber Rounds/Hand Loaded/Reinforced Barrel
- Headseeker | Rodeo | Single Point Sling/Hand Loaded/Hand-Laid Stock
- Danger Close | Feeding Frenzy | High Caliber Rounds/Hand Loaded/Hand-Laid Stock
Headseeker is an amazing perk on Lyudmila – with 8 shots for 3 bursts instead of 6, it has a much stronger potential for boosting your damage total and really adds consistency to your 2-shot kill opportunities. The next thing you need on this mule of a pulse rifle is massive Stability! Rodeo + HLS might be enough to do it, but I think Counterbalance might be worth waiting for. Lady Death already kicks diagonally pretty hard, so straightening that out would go a long way toward helping her live up to that moniker.
Any – Aoife Rua-D
The red lady is in business! Any of these rolls could make a great choice for PVP thanks to the new res-sniping meta, but I am going to recommend Roll 1 as it is the only version with a low-zoom scope this week. That wide angle of view is really helpful for tracking moving targets. Rodeo isn’t terrible – the gun can use the Stability. Performance Bonus is amazing, sometimes putting ammo back into your reserves following precision kills (making it great for PVP and PVE alike). Finally, you have Snapshot to get zoomed in faster, Injection Mold to trade off a bit of Range for Stability and better handling, or Explosive Rounds to punish revive attempts and groups of enemies. What’s not to like?

Notable Rolls from Other Weapons
Suros JLB-47
2. Single Point Sling/Flared Magwell | Grenades and Horseshoes | Perfect Balance/Quickdraw
Grenades & Horseshoes makes this roll worth taking if you need a rocket launcher with proximity detonation. It’s not a perfect roll, though, as it could land with better Blast Radius and Velocity, key factors in the effective exploding of targets. If you don’t need this one (or the package slot), I’d consider waiting it out.
Arminius-D
1. Surrounded, Counterbalance, SPS/Speed Reload/Smallbore
3. Relentless Tracker. Counterbalance, SPS/Hand Loaded/Smallbore
Wow! After a long time of waiting we have 2 fantastic rolls from the Arminius-D! While neither is strictly perfect, I don’t think anyone can argue that the Counterbalance Smallbore combination is godlike on this gun! Nearly perfect Stability plus extended effective Range. Take your pick of either one based on your preference. The Assault scope gives a narrower field of view but better Range, versus Watchdog’s highlighting of supers and major aliens. Meanwhile, Relentless Tracker gives you better Radar after every kill against Surrounded’s highly conditional but not totally irrelevant (mostly, but not totally) damage bonus.
Thesan FR4
3. Hot Swap | Accelerated Coils/Oiled Frame | Life Support/Surrounded
A nearly perfect roll this week for the Thesan! Two great scopes, Hot Swap, Accelerated Coils for a faster charge (inside that Hot Swap window and then some), and Life Support to get your recovery started if you happen to take heavy fire while charging up your mid range death ray. Get yours today!
Uffern HC4
1. Zen Moment | Single Point Sling/Rifled Barrel | Triple Tap/Underdog
3. Army of One | Extended Mag/Rifled Barrel | Triple Tap/Eye of the Storm
You have two solid choices this week for the Uffern Hand Cannon, both with Rifled Barrel but neither, unfortunately, with a reload perk. The two are almost perfectly balanced, so I guess Roll 3’s Army of One might actually be better than the totally meaningless Zen Moment. Eye of the Storm is a more consistent accuracy bonus than Underdog’s Range boost, too. If you hate Roll 3’s scopes though, don’t hesitate to go with Roll 1 instead.
Suros DIS-47
3. Hammer Forged, Oiled Frame / Hidden Hand / Snapshot, Rifled Barrel
If, like many Guardians, you consider Full Auto to be a requirement on this gun, pass on Roll 2 this week – it needs more Stability to take full advantage of that perk. That said, Roll 3 lets us try out a perk I have never recommended before. With SPO-28 and Hidden Hand maxing your Aim Assist, and Rifled Barrel piling on the Range, I suggest using Oiled Frame over Hammer Forged – something I never could have imagined writing! However, with your Range and Accuracy covered, the trade-off for a huge reload boost is actually pretty nice here.
Suros ARI-45
1. Perfect Balance/Casket Mag | Speed Reload/Reinforced Barrel | Feeding Frenzy
3. Hammer Forged/Casket Mag | Lightweight/Smallbore | Counterbalance
I don’t even know what to say – the hits keep on coming. Roll 1 gives you two choices – stupid Range with Perfect Balance and Rifled Barrel, or instant reloads with Speed Reload and Feeding Frenzy. I think the first path is better, but the freedom is best! Then again, why not land headshots at sniper range with Roll 3? Hammer Forged, Smallbore, Counterbalance…just max out your Accuracy, Range, and Stability, and cross-map people for the win!
Cocytus SR4
2. Candle/Torch/Impulse | Triple Tap | Quickdraw/Rifled Barrel | Zen Moment/Eye Of the storm
Okay, now I’m really out of space in this article, but I had to mention the Cocytus this week – you could totally take any of the packages and be completely happy, but I have to pick Roll 2 for myself. Three headshots in Crucible is an immediate kill, and the Torch Scope makes it relatively easy. Triple Tap rewards you with free ammo, Quickdraw gives you a huge handling bonus, Eye of the Storm keeps you on target under fire. Enjoy!

Next Week’s Orders
Arminius-D
For this AR, think of a Nechrochasm or Atheon’s Epilogue but with low base stability and high base reload speed. Despite the 2% damage nerf it took recently, max rate of fire Auto Rifles remain a top tier choice for PVP and are startlingly effective in PVE as well.
Zarinaea-D
This gun fires as fast as the Zhalo Supercell and sports some balanced stats. With stability of 60, reload speed of 65 and aim assistance of 60, this gun can work if you enjoy the impact archetype. We’ll want some more range next week, but reload speed could also make this gun fun in PvE.
SUROS ARI-41
This is another Monte Carlo style auto rifle coming in at a whopping 68 base stability. Its range is about as low as we’ve seen at 17 though, so this gun will absolutely depend on range perks to have any use outside of close range PvP. Other than that, it has high Aim Assistance (72) and decent reload speed (54), so we’ll be keeping a close eye on the rolls next week.
THESAN FR4
Here’s the winner – it’s a must-order this week! Arguably the single best legendary Fusion Rifle in the game right now, the Thesan comes with nearly perfect Stability right out of the box!
Gaheris-D
A mid Rate of Fire, mid Impact Hand Cannon with best-in-class Aim Assist, the Gaheris-D is a great Hand Cannon for any game mode, but especially Crucible, where its low mag size is more easily mitigated (with less than 10 enemies to kill, it’s much easier to take cover and wait out your reload animation). However, Hand Cannon accuracy still sucks, so you need to get as much Range as possible for a package to be worth turning in – look for Rangefinder and Reinforced Barrel next week.
If you want a balanced Legendary Hand Cannon, this gun can be the answer to your problems as long as you don’t mind the small clip size of 7.
