The following images not only show off the new Crucible maps coming with House of Wolves – including the PlayStation exclusive map – but also show off some new Exotics and Legendary gear. Most of the teaser images are finally seen in HD!

Crucible Changes
Bungie has listened to our feedback and is increasing the amount of rewards you’ll be able to obtain in the Crucible. The following information via IGN:
– Earn double Marks.
– Earn double reputation.
– Increased number of Rare & Legendary Engrams rewarded after each match.
– Completing the daily Crucible missions allow you to receive Motes of Light & Passage Coins.
– It’ll be less likely for a player who does well in the Crucible to not receive anything.
– TDB Crucible Maps will be free for everyone.

Black Shield
A decommissioned Firebase is believed to have been a key defensive position used by the Cabal when they established their warbase on Mars.
Black Shield is a symmetrical map with multiple chokepoints and an interior middle ground to hold, leading to frenetic encounters.

Set within a mysterious clockwork-like structure on Mars built by the Vex.

Thieves’ Den
This Fallen hideout, located in the calderas of Venus, has been cleared for Crucible combat. The hideout itself remains intact, complete with an idling Skiff and constant reminders of the Fallen’s presence, providing Guardians with a vital training ground.

Widow’s Court
On the edge of the European Dead Zone, there are countless stories of the events that left this village a ghost town. Guardians now use its eerily quiet streets as a training ground chosen by Lord Shaxx.

Gun Skins?
As suggested in this video, skins may be coming to weapons in the House of Wolves. The Titan above is holding a weapon with the same color and pattern as the teased Fang of Ir Yut. The orange color doesn’t match any of the vendors, and now we’ve seen it on 2 different weapons.

Trials of Osiris
You can see the Titan wielding the “Shock Pistol” – a reward from the Prison of Elders. The Warlock is wielding the same weapon the Queen’s Guard uses, suggesting it may be a quest/mission reward.
