Armsday Roll Recommendations

  1. Perfect Balance/Casket Mag, Spray and Play, Single-Point Sling/Reinforced Barrel
  2. Perfect Balance/Oiled Frame, Triple Tap, Speed Reload/Reinforced Barrel
  3. Fitted Stock/Casket Mag, Spray and Play, Snapshot/Rifled Barrel

Despite some beautiful middle perks this week, each roll has overkill in the range category, so unfortunately, we’re going to recommend you wait until next week. With a high base range as it is on this gun, we just don’t see the point in perks like Reinforced or Rifled Barrel. Hopefully we’ll see some S-tier rolls soon.

  1. Hammer Forged/Oiled Frame, Full Auto, Speed Reload/Rifled Barrel
  2. Perfect Balance/Oiled Frame, Triple Tap, Speed Reload/Reinforced Barrel
  3. Fitted Stock/Casket Mag, Full Auto, Snapshot/Rifled Barrel

We’ve got the same lame excuse for the DIS-47 rolls this week: too much range! Yes, Full Auto is awesome, but how are you going to control it with low stability? If you absolutely must, pick up a roll with Full Auto, but otherwise, wait until a future week when Full Auto is paired with Hand-Laid Stock for maximum fun.

  1. Crowd Control, Reactive Reload, Speed Reload/High-Caliber Rounds/Smallbore
  2. Danger Close, Zen Moment, Speed Reload/Explosive Rounds/Reinforced Barrel
  3. Relentless Tracker, Reactive Reload, Speed Reload/Explosive Rounds/Smallbore

It’s nice to see Explosive Rounds in the mix for a few rolls, but Reactive Reload is a buzzkill when you think of the other amazing perks that could take its place. Wait until the ultimate combination of Army of One/Triple Tap, Spray and Play and Explosive Rounds for the ultimate PvE Hand Cannon.

Kumakatok HC4

  1. Third Eye, Lightweight/Injection Mold, Outlaw/Danger Close
  2. Third Eye, Lightweight/Reinforced Barrel, Firefly/Danger Close
  3. Army of One, Single-Point Sling/Rifled Barrel, Triple Tap/Eye of the Storm

For the first time in a while, we’ve found ourselves some Omolon Hand Cannons to be proud of. Roll #2 and #3 both offer the necessary range boosters, and the rest is your pick. Would you like to make enemies explode and have more radar, or would you like faster cooldowns and a bit of extra ammo? Either way, these Kumakatok rolls are a savior in a week of otherwise disappointing gun rolls.

  1. Last Resort, Spray and Play, Single-Point Sling/Hand Loaded/Hand-Laid Stock
  2. Surrounded, Rodeo, Snapshot/Speed Reload/Oiled Frame
  3. Last Resort, Unflinching, High-Caliber Rounds/Speed Reload/Oiled Frame

Last, but certainly not least, the Lyudmila-D has rolled into the shop with a near-perfect PvE roll. Spray and Play, coupled with Hand-Laid Stock, creates a fast-reloading, easy-shooting, mega-impact Pulse Rifle that can take down plenty of low-tier enemies in one burst. If you’re looking for something PvP-oriented, you’ll have to wait until next week, but if you were in the market for a new PvE toy, you’re in luck with this roll.

Next Week’s Orders

Weapon Type Impact Notable Stat
Zarinaea-D Auto Rifle Medium Reload (65)
Jingukogo-D Shotgun Medium Stability (56)
Tamar-D Sniper Rifle Medium Reload (66)
Aoife Rua-D Sniper Rifle Medium Reload (68)
Uzume RR4 Sniper Rifle Medium-Low Reload (75)

This gun fires as fast as the Zhalo Supercell and sports some balanced stats. With stability of 60, reload speed of 65 and aim assistance of 60, this gun can work if you enjoy the impact archetype. We’ll want some more range next week, but reload speed could also make this gun fun in PvE.

This shotgun is no different than the Dead Orbit’s Patch-A, the Crucible Quartermaster’s The Next Big Thing or the test shotguns we’ve been using week to week. Basically, this shotgun is a low-impact, high rate of fire archetype that won’t be preferred in PvP but can work in PvE. With Full Auto, it’s finding a niche in Crucible by emphasizing a higher rate of fire than the normal high-impact shotgun.

Tamar-D and Aoife Rua-D

Prepare for a week of Sniper Rifles! Banshee has three Sniper Rifles on tap this week, and two of them are basically the same. The Tamar-D and Aoife Rua-D have equivalent Impact to the Low-Grade Humility and Patience and Time. If you like sniping in PvE, order one or both of these! Hakke snipers can roll with Surplus, which really helps with ammo scarcity in PvE. If you only want to order one, the Aoife Rua-D does have slightly higher base reload speed to work with.

Our third Sniper Rifle of the week shares the impact/RoF class of the Eye of Sol, but it packs way more base stability at 58. In non-revive game modes, this is a great option for getting quick headshots or double tapping for body shot kills. We’ll be looking for something like Triple Tap or Zen Moment for PvE while hoping for a Faucon SS1 low-zoom scope for PvP
